Shipping policy

Gachaloha supports international shipping for as many countries as physically possible due to how niche and spread out Gacha communities can be. 

Shipping fees may need to be altered depending on market rates, policy changes, and other factors which may emerge when dealing with a large amount of foreign policies.  By allowing us to ship to you, you understand that these unpredictable factors are out of our control, and agree to cover additional costs they may create. 

DUTIES, TARIFFS, AND CUSTOMS 

Gachaloha will NEVER knowingly provide a product or service that violates the laws of the state, country or province you are ordering them to. By ordering from us, you agree that you are acting in accordance with local law. 

Due to rapidly emerging policy changes regarding tariffs and duties, Gachaloha WILL NOT cover tariffs or other fees upon delivery unless the customer can prevent evidence of a violation or mistake we made to incur said fee.

By ordering from Gachaloha, you agree to cover fees that may be incurred by ordering products made internationally. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
